The Dell Computer Headquarters project presented a distinctive challenge: to deliver a high-performance commercial workspace that integrates complex structural elements while supporting the operational needs of a global technology company. A defining feature of the project was the central atrium space — designed to introduce natural light deep into the building while creating a strong visual focal point that reflects the company’s modern identity.
